Privacy and retention

Effective October 5, 2026.

What we collect

The answers you type on the form, the log exports you upload, the email address you give for delivery, and the payment record Stripe keeps (we never see your card number). The server also keeps ordinary request logs for 30 days.

What we do with it

The answers and logs are used once: to generate your report, findings, ledger and HTML. They are not used to train anything, not shared with anyone, and not read by a person unless you ask for help with a failed run or a refund. The email address receives the delivery link and nothing else.

Where it lives

Orders are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket in the United States (us-central1), encrypted at rest, reachable only by the service that generates your pack and by the account that administers it. Each order has its own folder and its own random key; the delivery link contains that key. Treat the link as you would the files.

How long we keep it

Thirty days from the order. A bucket lifecycle rule deletes the folder (answers, logs, report, findings, ledger) automatically on day 30; nothing is kept after that except the Stripe payment record, which Stripe retains under its own terms. Download your files before then. If you want them deleted sooner, email bickfordd@gmail.com with the order ID.

Personal data

The report does not need personal data and the form asks you not to send any: export decision references or hashes, not names, addresses, dates of birth or health details. If your export contains personal data anyway, the 30-day deletion still applies, and we act as your processor for that period only, on these terms.

What the report is

A self-assessment generated by software from your submission. It is not reviewed by a person and is not an audit opinion, a certification or legal advice.

Refunds

On request, no questions, within 30 days: reply to your Stripe receipt or email the address below with the order ID.
